It's got nowt to do with Gordon Brown, it was Mags and Ron who introduced us to the wonders of the free market. That means no government regulation people. We were left to our own devices and obviously greed got the better of some of us, bringing capitalism in on itself.
The love of money is the root of all evil. Didn't you see this coming?

Aye! There were no complaints from those amongst us during the good years. But now that money's tight a lot of the same folk are bleating. Short memories, eh?
